The same QR you scanned at the start. This is how you sign in on another device: scan it with Microsoft Authenticator on the new phone, iPad or Mac, and it gives you the 6 digit codes the same as this one. Anyone who scans it can generate your codes, so keep it to yourself.
Your list lives in the cloud, so every device you sign in on shows the same one. Changes go up within a second or two.
A copy of the whole list is kept every 2 minutes and held for 30 days. If anything ever goes wrong, put one of them back.
Pick a folder in your OneDrive and this writes a backup file into it every minute, on top of the cloud copy. OneDrive then syncs that file everywhere.
Export writes your entire list to a file wherever you choose, including your dropdowns. Import reads one back in, either adding to what is here or replacing it.
This clears every item on this device and resets the lists to the original spreadsheet. Export a copy first if there is anything you want to keep.
Fill in the template, then drop the file here. Everything in it arrives in one go. You are shown exactly what is coming, and anything not already on your lists, before anything is added.
Used in the greeting at the top.
The top level. You never need this page to add one, since every dropdown on an item ends with Other. Removing one leaves the items already using it alone.
Each group carries its own list of projects. Pick a group to see and edit its list.
In order, most urgent first. The order drives the colour on the left edge and how the list sorts.
Every change made to this tool, newest first.
